U-Turn , Blacklight: A year of flying XC in UK

The Incomparable Blacklight:

Manufacturers can hype up a glider and make many claims. In the end it is only after a prolonged
period of flying can one truly assess its capabilities. This is what I did with my new Blacklight. A year
of XC flying in the UK will test its mettle. What can I say, after a year of flying the U-Turn Blacklight S I
had my most successful season. I can only fly weekends so am at a disadvantage but managed to
easily lead the weekend league EN B class with 500 points and (if you include the bank holiday flight,
530 point) happily sandwiched between an Ozone R10 and a Gin Boomerang X on the weekend
national league table!
